Handle your financial business when it's convenient for you, 24 hours a day, seven days a week with Alliant Credit Union’s WebTeller.

Once you have entered WebTeller, you will be able to access your account and safely, securely and:
  • Obtain current account balances
  • Transfer funds between your accounts, to another members account*, or to a loan
  • Retrieve account histories
  • Download cleared checks into Quicken® or QuickBooks®
  • View loan information
  • View eStatements
  • Schedule automatic transfers**
  • Make loan payments and pay bills
  • Set-up account email or text alerts
  • View cleared checks
Password Requirements: Minimum length of five characters, maximum length of nine characters. Password must include an upper and lower case letter and at least one number.

*Transfers to another member’s account can only be done using the “Single Transfer” option in WebTeller.
**Scheduled transfers will run at 11:00 p.m. CST. However, on the last day of the month, Scheduled Transfers and the End of Day process will run earlier than 11:00 pm CST. WebTeller takes advantage of encryption technology, which prevents monitoring of your account and unauthorized access to your information. This service is on a secure server with a firewall for maximum protection. When signing on, be sure you have a closed padlock in the lower left corner of your screen to indicate a secure link has been established. IRAs are Federally Insured by the NCUA. Mobile Banking

Alliant Credit Union's mobile website can be accessed by visiting: www.alliantcu.com/mobile/.  The mobile website provides links to download the Android and iPhone/iPad mobile banking apps or connect to the web browser based mobile banking.

Alliant Credit Union Mobile Banking Overview
Mobile Banking is a convenient, secure service that lets you access your account information and conduct transactions from a web-enabled wireless phone.

Mobile banking is a free service for members who are currently enrolled in WebTeller.  The Login ID and password for mobile banking are the same as your WebTeller Login ID and password.

Both Web Access (WAP) and Application (APP) versions of mobile banking are available.  The WAP version is browser-based and can be used with any mobile phone that has Internet access.  We also offer mobile banking smartphone apps for Android and the iPhone/iPad.
With the specially designed interface, providing optimal viewing on a mobile phone screen, users can:

  • Check account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Deposit checks (smartphone apps only)
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments
  • Find branch locations
  • Search for surcharge free ATMs
  • Send a secure message to the credit union

Mobile Phone Security

Touch Tone Teller

To access your account through Touch Tone Teller, please call, toll free, 1-888-995-9959.

TouchTone Teller features include:

  • Phone access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Checking account information.
  • Savings and loan accounts information.
  • Check request for withdrawals from savings.
  • Advance on your home equity loan.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.

Touch Tone Teller balance inquiries provide the account balance before holds and minimum balance requirements.  Touch Tone Teller can handle several transactions during a telephone call.

My Card Info

MyCardInfo is available for members who have an Alliant Credit Union MasterCard Gold, MasterCard Classic or Visa Class and want to set-up electronic payments. MyCardInfo allows members to view their ACU credit card activity, showing real-time information. Members can sign into MyCardInfo to make payments now or future dates and set-up automatic and recurring credit card payments.

Bill Pay

Pay any bill fast and easy online without having to write checks or pay for postage. Free online billpay is available to members with direct deposit or eStatements. You’ll be able to setup recurring payments, automating your bill paying cycle to organize and minimize your work.

To sign-up for BillPay, you must be enrolled into WebTeller. Once enrolled, simply click the “BillPay” tab and follow the enrollment directions.

ATM Locations

Alliant Credit Union partners with the Alliance One and Privileged Status ATM networks to provide you with surcharge-free ATM transactions. If an ATM is displaying one of the two logos, your transaction will be surcharge-free.
