Scholarships Available
The Credit Union has multiple scholarship opportunities available for those attending college for the 2010-2011 school year.  Eligible students are highly encouraged to participate in the programs listed below.

Due March 1, 2010
1) ACU/HSCU Essay Scholarship –Submit an essay, no more than 500 words, on the following topic:
Research continues to show if students receive financial education early in life, they will become more successful. How will being financially literate help you achieve your individual dream?

Due March 1, 2010
2) ACU/HSCU 2010-2011 Student Scholarship Drawing – Three $500 scholarships will be drawn from newsletter entry forms and our online scholarship entry forms (only one entry per student).  Students can submit a form by clicking here or by completing the form from our 2009, 4th quarter newsletter and return it to our Credit Union.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the ACU/HSCU scholarships, you must be a member of ACU or HSCU, a full-time student and an undergraduate of an accredited college, university or vocational school for the 2010-2011 school year.  All ACU/HSCU Essay Scholarships and Student Scholarship Drawings must be received in one of our credit union offices no later than March 1, 2010.  Submit your completed scholarship entries to ACU/HSCU Scholarship, 1200 Associates Drive, Suite 102, Dubuque, IA  52002.  For more information, contact the credit union at (800) 928-4328 or staff@alliantcu.com.  Winners will be announced at our Annual Meeting on March 27, 2010.
